Job Description

A Directory Assistance Representative assists customers who are looking for a particular telephone listing, including residential, commercial, and government databases.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Call center experience is an advantage
  • Prior experience as a Directory Assistant is preferred
  • At least a Senior Highschool graduate
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Typing speed of at least 45 WPM

Applicants must be willing to report onsite at our Sucat or Los Baños office and must have a flexible schedule to work for a 24/7 campaign.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Parañaque: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
