Role Overview: As a Team Leader, you will manage daily operations, coach team representatives, and develop training programs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in BPO and 1+ year in Social Security Disability Insurance.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Amenable to night shifts, onsite in Rockwell Business Center.
Pay: Php40,00 – Php50,00 per month with benefits.
