Job Information

Job Description

Validates invoices and request for payments and the related supporting documents to ensure propriety of transactions.

· Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices and payment request.

· Reconciles various accounts (i.e. suppliers) by identifying errors in posting or omissions by applying appropriate accounting standards.

· Controls payroll and prepares vouchers for salaries and wages;

· Processes checks and advice of checks issued and cancelled;

· Prepares report of checks issued and cancelled

· Prepares report of disbursements.
