Job Description
As a Disbursement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the disbursement process within our organization. Your primary tasks will include reviewing and verifying disbursement requests, processing payments accurately and timely, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with the finance team, vendors, and other departments to gather necessary information, resolve any payment discrepancies, and reconcile accounts. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of financial systems and processes will be crucial to excel in this role.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in disbursement processing
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
