Job Description
As a Dispatch Agent in our company, your main responsibility will be making outbound calls to clients to schedule appointments. You will be the key point of contact between our company and potential customers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient appointment setting.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. You will need to be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a high volume of calls effectively.
Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is preferred but not required. We provide training and support to help you succeed in this role.
