Job Description
Main Function: The Dispatch Quality Inspector will ensure the precise dispatch of items from the plant. The role involves timely and objective reporting of risks, alongside implementing control measures for outgoing items.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities include documenting audit results, conducting thorough inspections of outgoing items, verifying the authenticity of documents, and reporting any discrepancies. The inspector will conduct random checks, address any suspicious activities, and prepare incident reports as necessary. Additionally, identifying opportunities for improvement and reporting unsafe conditions to management is essential.
