Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team at JoyRide Superapp. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple ride requests and schedules effectively. A friendly, patient demeanor is essential to ensure positive experiences for our passengers.
Responsibilities include maintaining clear communication with drivers, tracking schedules and ride details, providing excellent customer service, and monitoring the condition of vehicles for safety compliance. Knowledge of local traffic laws is a plus, and candidates should ideally reside near the Pasay area.
This is a full-time position with supplemental overtime pay.
