Job Description
- Scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles, or equipment to appropriate locations
- Relaying information to and from work crews, field inspectors, supervisors, or emergency personnel
- Contacting employees or emergency personnel via telephones or text messages
- Resolving problems and requests with supervisors or customers
- Preparing daily work schedules and work orders
- Managing communications within company assigned territories
- Organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work records, and inventory
