Job Description
CALLMAX SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a responsible and professional Taxi Dispatcher to coordinate our dispatch operations in New York City. The ideal candidate will:
- Efficiently receive customer requests and dispatch drivers.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Be proficient in dispatch software, GPS tracking, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Have knowledge of New York City’s geography and taxi regulations.
- Possess previous experience as a Taxi Dispatcher.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
