POSITION SUMMARY

• Responsible for answering and responding to guest calls and dispatching appropriate housekeeping staff. Handles some housekeeping administration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.

Functional Job Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains correct hotel room status in computer system and on board.
• Maintains permanent records of the following: room occupancy, status and statistics, phone logs, maintenance logs, attendance logs, lost and found logs and work orders.
• Informs and directs priorities to Housekeeping Floor Supervisors, Front Office Personnel, Preventive Maintenance, Engineering, and Locksmith.
• Keeps Housekeeping Supervisor advised of all current information. Performs duties and responsibilities as requested.
• Tracks guest inquiries, reports, and requests (via manual log and/or automated property management system) and dispatches security staff to respond to guest calls.
• Answers telephone calls from different departments and other guest queries.
• Relays various guest requests to Supervisors and Room Attendants using Tetra Radios.

KEY COMPETENCIES NEEDED / RELEVANT SKILLS

• Strong organizational skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
• Prior housekeeping, cleaning, or customer service experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
