Job Description
- Responsible for the operations of transportation for day and night shift to ensure efficient operation.
- Coordinate and allocate capacity based on parcel quantity, adjusting routes as needed.
- Support daily transport arrangements, coordinate with car suppliers and branches nationwide.
- Analyze vehicle usage, solve problems, and meet customer demands promptly.
- Prepare data for performance reports, suggest solutions for operational improvement.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields.
- 1-3 years of Logistics/Express industry experience.
- Port experience is advantageous.
- Willing to work in Laguna area with shifting schedules and business trips.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Santa Rosa City, Laguna: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before the starting work (Required)
