Job Description
As a Dispute Case Manager, you will be responsible for resolving customer disputes and issues in a timely and effective manner. You will investigate cases, analyze evidence, and communicate with stakeholders to reach fair resolutions.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure. Experience in conflict resolution and customer service is preferred.
