Job Description
We are seeking a Dispute Resolution Analyst to investigate and resolve customer and commercial disputes. You will gather and assess evidence, review contracts and transaction records, and recommend fair outcomes. The role requires clear communication with clients, internal teams, and external partners; preparation of concise case reports; and tracking case metrics to identify trends and mitigate future risk. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in law, finance, or a related field, have at least two years’ experience in dispute resolution, and demonstrate strong analytical, negotiation, and written communication skills. Proficiency with case management tools and Microsoft Office is required.
