Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dispute Resolution Paralegal to join our team. As a Dispute Resolution Paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all aspects of the dispute resolution process, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing support during litigation proceedings.
Your key responsibilities will include gathering and organizing relevant case materials, preparing trial exhibits, coordinating with clients and witnesses, and attending meetings and hearings. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting case investigation, analyzing legal issues, and assisting in the development of case strategies.
To be successful in this role, you must have a solid understanding of the legal system, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask are also essential.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
- Experience as a Paralegal in a Dispute Resolution practice area preferred
- Proficient in conducting legal research and using relevant software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
