What you’ll do:
- Manage the complete review and issue the final response to our customer’s verbal and written complaints
- Verbally articulate and explain customer outcomes in a way the customer easily understands
- Seek fair and reasonable decisions for all complaints by examining all sides
- Evaluate & interpret policies and apply the necessary discretions
- Achieve team performance benchmarks and targets, including tracking, resolution, and reporting of complaints
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders
- Execute delegated levels of authority to effectively resolve complaints by evaluating policies and applying discretion while balancing the needs of the customer and the business

Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
