Job Description
A Disputes Analyst is responsible for investigating and resolving customer disputes and chargebacks. This role requires strong analytical skills to review transaction data and communicate with both customers and financial institutions.
The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a good understanding of financial regulations and procedures.
