Job Description
Distribution managers play a crucial role in overseeing the distribution of goods and services to ensure timely delivery to customers. At P BAKESHOP CORP., we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Distribution Manager to join our team.
Distribution Manager Job Duties:
- Ensuring timely delivery of products through effective inventory management techniques.
- Managing budgets and controlling costs while achieving business goals.
- Negotiating with vendors for favorable terms on supplies and services.
- Analyzing sales reports to identify market trends and areas for improvement.
- Adapting product lines based on consumer trends.
- Training employees on inventory handling, shipping orders, and other tasks.
- Analyzing market data for strategic expansion and optimal distribution routes.
- Maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive rates.
- Creating distribution schedules and routes for timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent experience in industrial/food manufacturing/distribution preferred.
- Working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and audits (FDA audits, HACCP).
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in business and people interactions.
- Strong initiative and leadership capabilities.

Salary: Php 20,00.00 – Php 30,00.00 per month
