Job Description
As a Distributor Care Specialist, your main responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with our distributor partners. You will be the primary point of contact for their inquiries, orders, and concerns. Your tasks will include providing support and guidance to distributors, resolving any issues they may encounter, and ensuring timely and accurate order processing. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring distributor performance and identifying areas for improvement.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also possess strong problem-solving abilities and be able to work well under pressure. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools is highly desirable.
