Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job:
- Responsible for the Innovation and Renovation of Nestlé Distributor Business Model to Effectively Support NPI Channel and Category Strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of Distributor Supply Chain Systems, Standards, and Tools.
- Distributor HR Standards Development, including Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, and Field Sales Capability.
- Creation of relevant route-to-market models.
- Design of a sustainable Distributor Financial Framework and related tools.
- Conduct benchmarking activities among competitors in local and foreign markets.
