Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job
Lead criteria setting, assessment, and development of Distributor network according to defined standards
Key Outputs / Deliverables
- Manage & strengthen the business partnership with Distributors. Ensure efficient operations including warehouse & inventory management, logistics, and sales force.
- Implement, follow up, and update Field Sales Plan for the assigned Distributor(s)
- Support in the development of Field Sales and Category channel Plans
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for timely execution of activities
- Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies and KPI targets
