Job Description
- Deliver and Achieve sales targets.
- Responsible for Retail Performance Standards for covered accounts.
- Develop top key customers through national and customized activities.
- Ensure regular customer engagement to build business relationships.
- Lead field execution teams for perfect store operations and growth.
- Plan and execute category-growing initiatives for customer success.
- Ensure point-of-purchase excellence based on key performance indicators.
Job Qualifications
- Strong FMCG background required.
- At least College Level education.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Benefits:
- Promotion to permanent employee.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift.
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
Experience:
- 1 year in Account Management (Preferred).
- 1 year in Sales (Preferred).
Language:
- English proficiency (Preferred).
Ability to Commute:
- Required location: Muntinlupa City.
Ability to Relocate:
- Relocation to Muntinlupa City required before starting work.
