Job Description
We invite you to join Professional Insights Marketing Services as a District Manager. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to develop medical representatives and oversee program objectives. You will conduct regular field visits, provide coaching, and facilitate written communications to ensure our team exceeds sales targets through strategic planning. You will play a crucial role in guiding representatives, fostering team morale, and achieving high program standards.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Exceptional coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in sales, presentations, and sales analysis
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel as needed

Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
