Job Description:
- Recruit, develop, and maintain a successful team of 6-7 medical sales representatives.
- Deliver assigned team sales objectives.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members.
Key roles for District Sales Manager:
- Strategic business and promotional plans.
- Recruit, train, supervise Hospital Sales Representatives/Specialists.
- Evaluate team performance and development opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years as Team Manager
- Lead a team achieving sales objectives
- Bachelor’s Degree, 1 year work experience
- Proficient in MS Office, negotiation, communication, customer service skills
