Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a District Sales Manager. As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities in a specific geographic area, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned district
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales objectives
- Identify and pursue opportunities for new business development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to stay ahead in the industry
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
