Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented District Sales Manager to join our team. As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives within a designated district. Your main objective will be to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the region.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to sales representatives in all aspects of their job
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the district
Skills and qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales management
