Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as the DKS – Operations Expert. As an Assistant Vice President, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Mandarin-speaking e-Commerce client service department.

Your main tasks will include managing and coordinating client service activities, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and ensuring effective communication between the clients and internal teams. Additionally, you will be involved in identifying areas for process improvement and working closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English, as you will be dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients on a daily basis. Strong leadership abilities and a solid understanding of e-Commerce operations are also essential. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented, possess good problem-solving skills, and have a strong customer-centric mindset.
