Job Description
DMCI Homes is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow a high‑performing sales team. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, coaching and monitoring agents; expanding the client base; preparing reports and forecasts; and tracking market activity.
- Requirements: 5+ years in real estate or sales management; PRC/HLURB salesperson registration preferred; existing team of 4–5 preferred.
- Compensation: allowance PHP25,00–60,00; team override 0.8% TCP; personal commission 3.6% TCP; advertising support; starting pay PHP25,00/month.
- Full‑time, in‑person position.
