Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Document Controller to manage and prepare documents accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include:
- Timely preparation and management of documents.
- Controlling the numbering, sorting, filing, storage, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents.
- Copying, scanning, and storing documents.
- Checking for accuracy and editing documents, including contracts.
- Reviewing and updating technical documents, such as manuals and workflows.
Qualifications:
- Experience in document control or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
- Excellent typing and editing skills.
- Strong data organization skills with attention to detail.
