Job Description

A Document Controller, or Document Manager, is responsible for maintaining organized and updated documents for a business. Duties include managing documents using software, retrieving documents, and ensuring compliance with laws.

Document Controller duties and responsibilities:

Copy, print, and distribute documents
Scan and upload documents
Review and update documents
Keep personnel updated on document versions
Handle records and maintain confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php15,860.00 – Php17,00.00 per month

Schedule: 8-hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

13th-month salary
Overtime pay
