Job Description
1. Safeguarding and timely update of Procurement information, consolidation and keep track of documents, files and storage.
2. Prepare and process Vendor accreditation requirements.
3. File and safeguarding/storage of Procurement documentation, physical and digital records.
4. Ensures proper destruction and disposal of sensitive/confidential documents.
5. Checking/editing of documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
6. Tracking of Vendor PR/PO, Contracts, and other documents
7. Vendor PO preparation/creation and issuance for some materials and insurance.
8. Responsible to route any vendor and procurement related documentations that need approval.
9. Coordination with other departments.
Qualification:
- must be a bachelor’s degree of any course (related)
- must have 1-3 relevant experience
- computer literate (proficient in excel and word is advantage)
- good in written and communication skills
- willing to work on-site at BGC, Taguig City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
