Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of B.S. in Business Administration or related courses
- Preferably with experience in document control or administrative support
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all related documents for the Technical Department
- Ensure orderly filing and retrievability of documents
- Assist in the setting up of the Document Control System
- Distribute documents to relevant personnel in a timely manner
Job Type: Temporary | Schedule: Fixed shift, Monday to Friday
