Job Description
As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and organizing important documents within our organization. You will be responsible for maintaining an efficient system of document control, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all records.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s documentation and filing systems.
- Implement and maintain document control procedures.
- Review and update technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and manuals.
- Create and maintain document control logs, tracking revisions and approval status.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary documents and ensure timely submission.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Train employees on document control procedures and systems.
