Job Description
- Manage and record all incoming and outgoing documents, including daily administrative tasks and maintaining records in both hard copy and electronic formats.
- Review the accuracy of supporting documents before forwarding them to the concerned team.
- Perform skilled and responsible administrative and clerical work, handling tasks such as intake, scanning, verification, and storing of documents.
- File, archive, and retrieve relevant documentation for other employees as needed.
- Control the flow of documents in and out of the department, reporting errors or developments in document storage.
- Ensure the secure destruction and disposal of sensitive documents while updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.
- Maintain the security of confidential documents and assist employees in accessing documents through our document management system.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Provide clients with the highest standard and quality of information.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
