Job Description
1. Store, manage, and track company documents;
2. Manages the flow of documentation within the department;
3. Maintains confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of the agreement;
4. Retrieves files as requested by employees and clients;
5. Works with documents and records across various departments;
6. Copy, scan, and store documents;
7. Creates templates for future use;
8. Prepare ad-hoc reports and other documents as needed;
9. Help project managers develop and maintain documents such as meeting minutes, drawings, specifications, approvals, and related items
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
