Job Description
Rimaven Properties, Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Document Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- College graduate
- 2-3 years of experience in the same position
- The Accounts Processing Coordinator will be responsible for performing various documentation functions and monitoring the progress of all documentation work performed by the team.
- Follow client norms, maintain excellent quality service, and be responsible for managing the company’s documents, including creating, compiling, organizing, and storing documents of various processes and resolving errors.
- Secure documents from government agencies according to prescribed timelines and in coordination with other departments.
- Responsible for working with different people, offices, or agencies to help the organization accomplish a common goal.
- Ensure documents/accounts are complete, correct, and delivered on time. Responsible for the conversion of documents and loan mortgage agreements to Pag-IBIG financing and bank customers.
- Proficiency in oral and written communications, good relationship and customer servicing skills, attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
