Job Description
Job Description:
- Checks arrival of shipment for Airfreight and Seafreight
- Checks and prepares AMO documentations for importer renewal and new applicants as importer
- Prepares Cash Advances for payment for Shipping Lines, Forwarder, and Customs processing
- Keeps record of transactions handled
- Handles inquiries from various Shipping Lines or Forwarder
- Handles Stripping/Billing inquiries from warehouses for LCL shipments
- Prepares delivery instructions for booking of trucks with the Transport Department
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration or any related field
- With a minimum of one (1) year experience as a documentation assistant
- Knowledgeable in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
