Job Description
The Documentation Assistant at Magsaysay Shipping and Logistics in Davao is responsible for issuing Bill of Lading and ensuring safe cargo delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Checking Pro-forma BL data
- Releasing Cargoes
- Preparing Bill of Lading
- Drafting/Confirming Bill of Lading
- Sorting required supporting documents
- Issuing Delivery Order
- Preparing operation reports
- Coordinating with Marketing
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
Experience:
- Documentation Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
