Job Description
Globalport Terminals Inc. is seeking a Documentation Associate responsible for all documentation related to the berthing and planning of vessels. This role includes coordinating with shipping lines and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Berthing and Planning Supervisor.
- Complete required documents for vessel berthing.
- Provide documentation to the Operations Department.
- Assist in processing Vessel Departure Clearance.
- Monitor extra services and client charges.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Willing to be assigned in Port of Sasa, Davao City.
