Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Documentation Officer to join our team. As a Documentation Officer, your main responsibility will be to oversee the organizing, storing, and managing of company documents and records.
Your duties will include creating and maintaining an efficient filing system, ensuring all documents are properly classified and stored, and retrieving requested documents and information when needed. You will also be responsible for reviewing and updating documentation procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Proficiency in using document management software and strong computer skills is required. Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with document control procedures will be an advantage.
