Job Description
Will Cater PHILIPPINE CUSTOMERS for Philips Audio and Video products. As a Customer Service Coordinator and Documentation Staff, you will provide support to the Service Department, handle after-sales service inquiries, and resolve complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer service inquiries
- Handle complaints, provide solutions, and ensure resolution
- Communicate effectively and meet deadlines
- Maintain customer records, process accounts, and file documents
Requirements:
- At least Senior High School Graduate
- With or without experience
- Analytical, organized, and motivated
- Proficient in MS Applications
- Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Php16,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
