Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Documentation Staff to join The New APEC Development Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing tax declaration applications, preparing transfer tax payment requirements, and coordinating registration with relevant agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree is required.
- Experience in the real estate industry is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with BIR and RD processes is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in Cabuyao, Laguna is preferred.
