Job Description
Tochigi-ken Technologies International Inc is seeking a Documentation Staff to handle the following responsibilities:
- Register documents, issue to concerned departments, and retrieve obsolete documents.
- Ensure all issued documents are properly accounted for.
- Manage and control document control center.
- Ensure all records are filed based on established procedure.
- Update and maintain the on-line Document Control Center.
- Conduct orientation for new employees on document control procedures.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with document management.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred); Experience: 1 year (Preferred); License: ISO certificates (Preferred)
