Job Description

Receive and respond to donor inquiries and complaints by phone in a professional and friendly manner.

Update donor contact and biographical information in the fundraising database.

Sends monthly official receipt to donors through email and provide a hard copy when requested.

Makes timely reminders and follow-ups to committed givers through phone calls, emails, text messages, and snail mail letters.

Provides some administrative support and manages important document filing of the FDC team.

Provides monthly accomplishment report and submits it to FDC Head.

Adheres to and upholds the standards and principles of Child Protection Policy and Code of Conduct to ensure the reputation of SOS as a child-care organization and with respect to the fundamental rights of all persons.

Undertakes any other reasonable task that the FDC Director sees fit for the smooth operation of the department.
