Job Description
We are seeking an English-speaking individual proficient in the American unit system with expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Homestyler, and SketchUp. The ideal candidate will have a background in interior design and architecture, capable of swiftly learning and delivering accurate results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting interior layouts, furniture plans, lighting plans, plumbing plans, elevations, framing, and building sketches.
- Generating exterior elevations with attention to detail and precision.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Homestyler, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and architectural concepts.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and time tracking tools such as Toggl is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Proven experience in drafting interior layouts and architectural plans.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
