Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Drafter with extensive experience in commercial kitchen design and preparing permit-quality layout drawings. Must possess strong expertise in drafting for commercial kitchens.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proven experience in detailing F&B venues, with a focus on kitchen equipment layouts and associated facilities.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to commercial kitchen design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings.
