Job Description
Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for coordination? We are currently seeking a Drafting Team Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of our drafting team. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure that projects are completed accurately and on time.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assigning drafting tasks to team members based on project requirements.
- Monitoring progress and ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Reviewing completed drafts for accuracy and quality.
- Providing guidance and support to team members, including training and mentoring.
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline drafting processes and improve efficiency.
The ideal candidate for this position has a strong background in drafting and exceptional organizational and communication skills. You must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
