Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Survey Plans: Create accurate contour survey plans using data from various surveys.
- Drafting & Mapping: Produce precise, scaled drawings and maps using AutoCAD and other CAD software.
- On-Time Delivery: Complete and deliver all drawings within deadlines.
- Quality Control: Review and revise drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborative Work: Coordinate with internal teams to meet project needs and reduce revisions.
Required Experience:
- Experience: 2-3 years as a Drafter or Survey Draftsperson.
- Applied Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Lumion, V-ray, and SketchUp.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately interpret survey data and create technical drawings.
- Documentation: High precision in managing and executing documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Team Player: Effective in a collaborative environment.
- Proactive: Enthusiastic and takes initiative in tasks.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
