Job Description
Joii Philippines Inc. provides offshore staffing solutions for Australian builder clients, utilizing professionals in the Philippines. We are hiring a Draftsperson to assist in house design and client projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with house design production and updates
- Produce sketch designs and working drawings
- Coordinate drawings with sales & estimating
- Assist with custom home and townhouse designs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- 2-3 years of related work experience
- Proficiency in 3Ds Max required
- Experience in Fire Protection a plus
- Office-based work
