Job Description
- Verifies completeness of CCF (Custody Control Form)
- Prepares specimen for analysis.
- Examines processes and analyzes specimen.
- Assist evaluation of reagents, supplies and equipment.
- Assists quality assurance program
- Preforms specimen validation tests.
- Institute corrective measures to prevent cancellation of test.
- Interpret, records, releases and sign out laboratory reports.
- Performs other functions within the scope of operations; as determined by the Immediate supervisor
