Job Description
- Receive patients for drug testing.
- Verify the patient’s request and valid ID before registration.
- Register and verify patients at the IDTOMIS program.
- Instruct the patient on the proper documentation of DT Consent and CCF forms.
- Proper Monitoring of Logbooks and Disposal
MUST BE:
- Graduate of any course
- Computer literate (MS Application)
- Residing in Makati or nearby areas
- with or without experience
- CAN START ASAP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,650.00 – Php14,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
